About Lower North Wark

The Lower North Wark beat is situated approximately two miles upstream of Coldstream Bridge on the Scottish side of the Tweed between Birgham and Coldstream.

The beat offers 1.5 miles of left bank fishing for up to three rods.  There are six named pools on the beat which can be fished at all water levels.

The beat has access to three boats, however it is not suitable for the Wheely Boat.  In the Spring and Summer there is one boatman and then after mid-September there are two boatmen.
