TIME IS RUNNING OUT TO BID
in The Tweed Foundation’s annual Auction of autumn Salmon fishing on Tweed which takes place at the end of June.
Now is the time to get your bids in for the opportunity to fish on some of the best beats the River has to offer – and at the peak time of the year as well!
With the majority of the dates on offer for two rods, the Auction provides the perfect day out on Tweed for avid anglers to share an excellent day’s fishing with a friend. Beats included in the Auction include such illustrious names as Upper Floors, Wark Carham, Birgham Dub, Upper Mertoun and Rutherford. There are also opportunities to fish some of the Upper Tweed beats including Traquair, Fairnilee and The Yair.
With Reserve prices starting at just £120, there is something for everyone.
Also included in the Auction is the chance to bid for a brand new, latest design, 15′ Sage Method double-handed Salmon rod. The proceeds from the rod will go directly to help fund TweedStart – an initiative run by the Tweed Foundation to teach all ages – and especially children – about river conservation and to learn to fly fish.
