FINAL TWO DAYS TO BID IN THE 2015 TWEED AUCTION
Bidding closes at 5pm tomorrow – Thursday, 25th June 2015
Hurry to get in a bid or two for the 2015 Tweed Foundation Auction, which takes place on Friday, 26th June.
With plenty of Tweed fishing on offer at reasonable cost, most of it for 2 rods on a beat, an angler would be mad not to put in a bid or two!
There are 38 Lots on offer – covering fishing from the lower River right up into Upper Tweed – with Reserve prices starting at just £120 for a two-rod day. There is also a fabulous Sage “Method” 15′ Salmon rod on offer, the proceeds from which will help to fund the Tweed Foundation’s TweedStart initiative – teaching children about river conservation and to take their first steps in fly fishing.

The deadline for both email and postal bids is 5 pm on Thursday 25th June 2015 with the Auction taking place the following day.
The Tweed Auction is the only way in which rods can obtain fishing on some of the most sought-after beats for autumn Salmon angling on the River, whilst simultaneously helping the Tweed Foundation in the management and continuation of our fantastic Salmon stocks by contributing to the vital work that the Foundation undertakes on every anglers’ behalf.
