Each year TweedStart holds starter days at The Roxburghe Ponds teaching children how to fish, and to learn more about river conservation. We need more young people to become involved in angling on Tweed, and we hope that this will be one way of enthusing them. TweedStart runs on very little funding, and Sage have very kindly donated this top of the range Salmon rod to help raise funds for the schools’ days to continue.
