July 2018 issue of ‘the River’ just published

The Tweed Fisheries Management bodies – the River Tweed Commission & The Tweed Foundation – issue monthly  updates on fisheries issues for all those on the river.  The 2018 The River Issue 5  is now available.

The updates will be distributed to fishing huts, hotels and tackle shops, and are also available to view and download from this site, and on The Tweed Foundation’s Facebook page.

The River Tweed Commission is the statutory body established by Order under an Act of Parliament to protect the fish stocks in the Tweed River system

The Tweed Foundation is a charitable company set up to protect and enhance fish stocks in the Tweed and is at the forefront in bringing a more objective scientific and professional approach to the management of freshwater fish stocks
