Milne Graden has its own boatman in full attendance for the whole season at no extra charge, with an additional boatman from July through to October.

The Milne Graden Upper and Lower beats are situated approximately two miles downstream of Coldstream and extends to about 1.4 miles of left bank fishing, of which approximately half is double bank, with Milne Graden House lying at its centre.

The fishing is for three rods from 1st Febraury until 9th November and then for two rods only until the close of the season.
